Research methods - engineering-geological, biogeocenological and geobotanical, spatial analysis of the surface (including based on satellite survey materials), system analysis and heuristics. A comprehensive description of the vegetation cover that spontaneously forms on the studied territory is provided. The main factors determining the processes of self-growth have been determined.
