Objective: increasing the efficiency of treatment for boys with hypoandrogenia by developing a prognosis of the course of the delayed sexual development and formation of comorbid conditions, personification of approaches to examination and therapy. Methods: clinical, genetic, biochemical, enzyme immunoassay instrumental, radiological. Results: Significant factors influencing the progression of HA and the formation of comorbid pathology in androgen deficiency in boys with DSD were identified. The most informative signs are combined into separate prognostic tables regarding the unfavorable course of HA, the formation of pathology of the cardiovascular and hepatobiliary pathologies. Novelty: for the first time the mechanisms of progression of androgen deficiency in adolescents with DSD were studied, the relationship between the degree of HA and the violation of the functional state of the cardiovascular and hepatobiliary systems was proved, which is the basis for involving specialists from a multidisciplinary team in the examination and treatment of adolescents with HA. The developed forecasting technology makes it possible with a high probability to determine the risk group for the progression of androgen deficiency and somatic health disorders in boys with DSD. Efficacy: determination of an individual prognosis regarding the course of HA will allow the appointment of personalized preventive and therapeutic measures aimed at preventing and correcting hormonal and metabolic disorders in adolescents with an unfavorable prognosis for the course of HA, who have a high risk of developing comorbid pathology.
