The object of the work is the international reconciliation of state standards of Ukraine and the scientific and methodological guidance for the organization and conduct of these reconciliations. The subject of the research is conducting international reconciliations of the state primary standard of units of volume flow of liquid in the range from 2.8x10^-4 to 2.8x10^-2 m3/s, mass flow of liquid in the range from 2.8x10^-1 to 28 kg/s, volume of liquid in the range from 0.1 to 3.0 m^3 and mass of liquid in the range from 100.0 to 3000 kg flowing through the pipeline (DETU 03-04-04) and the national (state primary) standard of the unit of electromagnetic intensity fields in the frequency range from 0.01 MHz to 43 GHz (NDETU EM-05-2021). The method of execution is the organization and carrying out of reconciliations in accordance with the Technical Protocol and the approved Schedule within the framework of the Agreement on the mutual recognition of national standards and certificates of calibration and measurement issued by national metrological institutes (hereinafter - the Agreement) (CIPM MRA) according to: the document of the International Committee from CIPM MRA-G-11 "Reconciliation within the framework of CIPM MRA.
