The purpose of the work is to ensure the unity of time and frequency measurements in Ukraine, as well as to provide time-frequency information and information to ensure a unified accounting and reporting time. The subject of the research is the national (state primary) standard of time and frequency units NDETU TF-01-2021, the national time scale, methods of transmitting time and frequency units, new methods and means of time and frequency measurements. The research method is experimental: carrying out measurements using the national (state primary) standard of time and frequency units and statistical analysis of the measurement results. The functioning of the structural subdivision of the NSC "Institute of Metrology" - the research laboratory "Main Center of the Service of Unified Time and Reference Frequencies" (hereafter HC SCC) is ensured. The functioning of the national (state primary) standard of time and frequency units, which is stored in the HC of the SRC, the reproduction and storage of time and frequency units by this standard, the maintenance of the national coordinated time scale of Ukraine (UTC(UA)) and its comparison with the International Coordinated Time Scale and national time scales of standards of other countries, as well as participation in the formation of the International Atomic Time Scale. The unextracted systematic error of the national (state primary) standard is estimated at -1.56*10^-15 with a permissible value of ±1*10^-13. The difference between the UTC(UA) time scale and the UTC International Coordinated Time Scale was within ±0.062 μs during the year, with an acceptable value of ±2 μs.
