Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Based on the systematization and bioinformatic analysis of public databases (Human Protein Atlas, UALCAN, TNMplot, TIMER2.0, Kaplan-Meier plotter), the features of the transcriptome and proteome of the neoplasm were identified and the molecular and biological features of the microenvironment of breast cancer in young patients were clarified. A research protocol has been developed for estimation of predictive and prognostic value of predictive microenvironment markers, which allows for a highly accurate assessment of the risk of progression of the predicted process taking into account the age characteristics and reproductive status of breast cancer patients. During studies of molecular biological and epigenetic markers of the clinical microenvironment, it was established that the risk of breast cancer progression in young patients is associated with a violation of the structural organization of collagen fibers in the tumor tissue, which is due to dysregulation of collagen gene expression at the post-transcriptional level.
