For the first time, the theoretical and methodological principles of selective regulation of the systems of adjacent commodity markets were developed on the basis of a reproducible approach, which include: three groups of related principles: reproducible, sustainable (resilient), sustainable development; a methodological approach to selective regulation, which involves targeted impact on resource-generating sectors ("growth points") or "discontinuities" of commodity and financial flows between sectors and markets of the system with the help of adaptive regulatory mechanisms and measures; theoretical provisions of stability of operation and stability of development (reproducible and balanced) of systems of adjacent markets; scientific and applied foundations of state marketing in the market dimension. The strategic priorities and adaptive mechanisms of selective regulation of the development of commodity markets (using the example of agri-food markets) in the context of the formation of extended chains of added value to ensure national food security, which are oriented towards the implementation of the tasks of the Recovery Plan of Ukraine in the direction of "New Agrarian Policy" are substantiated.
