Using field ion microscopy, the tensile strength of W i Mo nanocrystalline samples, monatomic carbon chains, and graphene nanosheets with a width of 0.5-2.8 nm was measured at 77 K. The nature of changes in the surface relief of nano-sized needle-like W i Mo samples as emitters was determined at bombardment with low-energy helium ions. The local values of the relative deformation of bonds in the processes of thermally activated rupture of carbon chains at temperatures up to 2500 K were calculated using MD modeling methods. The influence of ultrasound and electron irradiation on the structure evolution and creep at 20oC and 350oC of nanostructured titanium VT1-0 was investigated. An increase in the strength limit while maintaining the yield and plasticity limits during creep tests, which is determined by ultrasound, is shown. Titanium remains in a nanostructured state after irradiation and retains high strength characteristics, which indicates the possibility of practical application at temperatures in the region of 20oC Key words: tungsten, molybdenum, titanium, carbon chain, graphene, nanostructural state, ultrasound, irradiation, mechanical properties, field ion microscopy, mathematical modeling.  Product Description popup.authors Karaseva Evgeniya Vasylivna Mazilova Tetyana Ivanivna Sadanov Evgeniy Victorovych Sokolenko Volodymyr Ivanovych popup.nrat_date 2023-01-28 Close
