Microbiological and physicochemical methods of obtaining PM of a given size and optically perfect films based on them have been developed. A comprehensive study of the effect of PM fragment sizes on the surface morphology of the films and their optical characteristics was conducted. The technology for obtaining nanolayers of biomolecules on polycrystalline TiOx and monocrystalline TiO2 (110) titanium surfaces was developed and successfully tested. First-principle calculations of the processes of interaction of biomolecules with model surfaces were carried out, and the geometry and energy parameters of the obtained structures were investigated by the methods of photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS and SRPES) and atomic force microscopy. The analysis of the obtained complex results allows to evaluate the influence of various factors on the properties of the obtained functional structures and to create materials based on them that most accurately meet the needs of applied use in each specific case.
