A base for implementation of researches are theoretical and experimental works of authors on questions of the use of electric engines, constructions of the active systems of de-orbiting of space objects and possibility of application for their start of autophage launch vehicles. Autophage systems of de-orbiting of space objects can be recommended for planning and realization of researches on issue of cleaning of low earth orbits within the framework of the space program of Ukraine and commercial wide use.
