The object of research: the processes of cleaning the agricultural landscapes soil and water bodies from radionuclide pollution by terrestrial plants and the assessment of genotoxicity of nuclear power cycle enterprises regular emissions. The aim of the work is to study the processes of cleaning the agrolandscapes soil and water bodies from radionuclide contamination by terrestrial plants and to develop a test system for the genotoxicity of emissions from NP cycle enterprises. Research methods: physiological, radiobiological, molecular genetic, statistical. The research has no analogues in Ukraine, and the obtained results on the assessment of the phytocleaning of agrolandscapes soils effectiveness and water bodies meet modern high-level international standards and are a component of radiation safety. The calculations testify to the effectiveness of phytodecontamination technologies under conditions of increased annual accumulation of radionuclides under the stress factors influence that modify the ion exchange capacity of plant tissues. The most optimal for creating the base of bioplatho when cleaning water systems with the help of higher plants is granulated polystyrene was shown. The perlite using in combination with foam created an additional capillary effect, thanks to which the energy of seed germination increased. The efficiency of 137Cs ions sorption by plants is affected by the concentration of macrocations in the water, influence of which decreased in the order K+> Na+>Ca2+>Mg2+. An assessment of NPP cycle enterprises genotoxicity based on the mobile elements activation was carried out. A significant difference in it, diagnosed by the gonadal dysgenesis indicator, in populations of Drosophyla from officially "green zones" was revealed.
