The purpose of the research work is to develop the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of capitalization of the economies of the regions of Ukraine on the basis of ensuring the dynamic development of entrepreneurship. Methodical approaches and practical recommendations for increasing the levels of capitalization of the economies of the regions of Ukraine based on the activation of entrepreneurship development constitute the practical value of the research work results.
