What creates a problematic situation and is chosen for research. The purpose of the work is formulated in such a way as to indicate the object of research. Research methods - the used scientific methods are listed. The choice of methods should ensure the reliability of the obtained results and conclusions. Research object: Nanocomposites, including colloidal solutions of nanoparticles. The purpose of the work: to find out the relationship between the method of manufacturing nano-objects and their physical and chemical properties, to study the interaction of nano-composites and nano-structures with biological objects, in particular, microbes. Research methods: theoretical analysis of the optical properties of nanocomposite structures, and the dependence of plasmon resonances on the morphology of nanocomposites (the so-called configurational resonance); theoretical studies of the interaction between nanoparticles and viruses. Experimental studies of the influence of nanoparticles on the infectious capacity of bacteria and the interaction between nanostructured surfaces and bacteria under conditions of plasmon resonance. A theoretical approach was proposed to describe the optical properties of nanocomposites, which made it possible to study the relationship between the morphology of nanocomposites and their ability to resonantly absorb the energy of external radiation. A theoretical analysis of the interaction between a metal nanoparticle and a virus was carried out, based on which the conditions for the emergence of forces that lead to the destruction of viral envelopes were clarified, this effect is also realized for the interaction of nanoparticles with the envelope of microbes (bacteria and fungi). The effect of nanoparticles on the infectious capacity of bacteria was studied experimentally. Product Description popup.authors Vasylev Anatoliy G. Mukha Yuliya P. Rybalchenko Nataliia P.
