The theoretical and applied principles of technology transfer in the systems of strategic development of business entities were studied. The key features of technology transfer from universities to the business environment in modern economic conditions are identified. The author's approaches to the formation of scientific-methodical and practical tools for the implementation of technology transfer in the systems of strategic development of business entities have been developed, the use of which will help to overcome barriers to their commercialization. The concept of technology development based on chains of knowledge transformation has been developed. The conceptual and categorical apparatus for the transfer of technologies from universities to the business environment on the basis of a systemic approach has been improved. The methodical toolkit for assessing the level of readiness of scientific and technical developments, taking into account modern market trends and the peculiarities of their generation, is substantiated. A system of methods for determining the value of the results of scientific and technical developments has been developed, the application of which in a complex will make it possible to: increase the efficiency of the transfer, commercialization and market launch of scientific and technical developments, strengthen the competitiveness of domestic developments on the world market, promote the interaction of all components of the national innovation infrastructure, stimulate the spread of innovations etc.
Theoretical provisions and methodological and practical recommendations for technology transfer in the systems of strategic development of economic entities have been developed.
