The purpose of the work is to study the peculiarities of the course of the processes of explosive destruction, segregation, sedimentation and transportation of destroyed rocks by conveyor transport and to substantiate new directions and technical solutions for the creation of waste-free technologies for the development of natural and man-made deposits in deep open pits with the reduction of their harmful impact on the environment. Research methods – scientific analysis, mathematical, computer and physical modeling of geomechanical processes, mining-geometrical and statistical analyses, generalization of scientific data, technical-economic, mining-geometrical and statistical analyses, cartographic research methods, methods of mathematical analysis. The regularities between explosive destruction and transportation of destroyed rocks and the flow of segregation processes during the storage of mining waste in the accumulator are determined. Modeling of geomechanical processes of rock destruction, extraction and transportation of minerals, movement of belts with cargo along the joints of tubular and steeply inclined conveyors was carried out, and the influence of their main parameters on work efficiency and environmental friendliness was studied. Changes in the state of the environment during the introduction of modern explosives, technologies and equipment for the preparation, extraction and transportation of mining mass are studied.
