The purpose of the study is to develop the theory of digital signal processing and develop tools for creating effective information technologies for highly sensitive computer systems for assessing the ecological state of environmental objects using manganese as an example by chronopotentiometry. This will significantly increase the sensitivity and reliability of determining the concentrations of chemical elements in liquid samples of various objects of the biosphere and expand the positive limit of the range of concentration potentials with superimposed pulses for electrochemical measurements of manganese content in water bodies of the environment. Research methods - the improved electrochemical method of inversion chronopotentiometry with superimposed pulses, the method of atomic absorption spectroscopy as an arbitration method were used. Statistical data processing was performed to determine the error of concentration measurements, a systematic analysis of the problem of creating an information technology and ways to increase the sensitivity of a computer system for determining concentrations was carried out: methodological foundations for applying data structure transformation to analyze signals of multicomponent measurements were developed; effective methods for restoring weak useful signals under conditions of internal and external interference were developed; methods for modeling signals of complex shape were improved.
