The object of the study is the distance course system for testing the knowledge of labor inspectors. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of decision-making in the process of performing managerial and supervisory activities in the State Labor Service in the field of state supervision and control over compliance with the legislation on labor and employment of the population through the creation of a distance course for testing the knowledge of labor inspectors. The results of the work were implemented by approving and implementing a modernized system of distance learning and knowledge testing. The results of the work can be used by economic entities, executive authorities, other interested bodies and persons.
