The research object are 3D models of the piston rotation system for portable medical aspirators.
The purpose of the work is to model constructive solutions and develop 3D structures for portable medical aspirators.
A new modification of Schlick's distributive function for the formation of 3D models was developed, which differs from the well-known one by adaptively changing the powers of the function depending on the specularity coefficient, which made it possible to increase the accuracy of the reproduction of the specular color component. Physically correct models of the reflectivity of the surface have been developed, the feature of which is to observe the law of conservation of energy during the formation of images. The design of the piston rotation system for portable medical aspirators has been modernized. Developed 3D models for the piston rotation system for portable medical aspirators. Piston rotation systems for portable medical aspirators were manufactured, based on developed 3D models. The manufactured piston rotation system for portable medical aspirators was tested for failure.
The field of application of the work results is use in medical institutions.
