The relationships between the structure and emission properties of bulk GeS2 glasses obtained from different technological conditions were investigated. Models based on optimization problems with constraints for matching tables of pairwise comparisons, models of linear programming and quadratic programming were analyzed, and statistical analysis and dynamics of the number of refugees from wars and military conflicts, dynamics of the number of illegal migrants in the regions of the globe were performed. The task of creating information technologies for the formation of the management system of communication systems for mass media is analyzed. The problem of developing forecasting information technologies in control systems for printing technological processes is considered.
