The subject of the research is the support of people who are in difficult life circumstances due to the Russia invasion on the territory of Ukraine and the finding ways to increase the level of their integration into the host community. The main goal is the development of business skills of veterans of the ATO/OOS/Russian-Ukrainian war and their family members, internally displaced persons as a way of accelerating their further integration into the host community and thereby strengthening its social cohesion. The research methods are sociological methods of collecting and processing primary information through the surveys/questionnaires in order to develop trainings aimed at developing business skills of veterans of the ATO/OOS/Russian-Ukrainian war and their family members, internally displaced persons. Scientific result. During the research execution a survey of experts was conducted using the focused interview method to find out the criteria for strengthening the social cohesion of the community and ways to increase the integration of veterans of the ATO/OOS/Russian-Ukrainian war and their family members, internally displaced persons. into the host community of Odessa; and a survey of persons representing the specified group was also conducted. During the survey, a number of problems and obstacles on the way to their integration into the host community were identified; 10 trainings were held aimed at acquiring and developing business skills of the research group in order to speed up their integration into the community and thus increase the level of its cohesion. The novelty of the research consists in conducting a comparative analysis of the data obtained during round tables with representatives of Odesaq business structures and NGO with project participants.
