The use of Ginkgo biloba extract in concentrations of 10 and 100 mg/g of artemia nauplii increases the growth rates of young sturgeon by 13.9% and 9.6%, and also increases their survival rate by 7.0%. Annual use of the probiotic preparation "Sviteco PWC" based on four strains of Bacillus has a positive effect on metabolic processes in the organism of young sturgeon, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of using artificial feed by 1.7 times and increase the average weight of fish by 20.3%.
