The selective effect of herbicides on the seeds of the parent components of corn hybrids was revealed, and it was confirmed that within the same species there are representatives with different resistance to herbicides. The parental components studied by seed germination against the background of soil herbicides were divided into two groups for each herbicide: resistant (the seed germination of which does not decrease under the influence of the herbicide) and sensitive (which significantly reduced seed germination against the herbicide background).
