The possibility of utilization of antiferromagnetic tunnel junctions in systems based on dielectric resonators as sources of terahertz radiation is analyzed, an output radiation power of the order of 1–10 μW for one junction is estimated. Appearance of stochastic dynamics in an antiferromagnetic spin-Hall oscillator with a time delay is demonstrated.
