The ratio between the components of liposomes - sunflower lecithin and auxiliary substances (ingredients) for the aerosol form (lecithin:curcumin:miR-101 as 20mM:1mM:150nM) was determined. An aerosol liposomal form of the complex has been developed. Samples were created at three base concentrations of miR-101 (50nM, 150nM, 250nM) for further in vivo experimental research. The percentage of loading of liposomes with curcumin (98%) and miR-101 (96-98%), their localization in the liposome and the stability of liposomes during spraying were determined. A model of Alzheimer's disease in rats was created and the dynamics of biochemical indicators of neuroinflammation, oxidative stress and amyloidogenesis in the brain of animals were determined. An increase in the level of IL-1B, TNFA and IL-6 by 22-24% in the hippocampus and by 21-59% in the neocortex on the 20th day of the study and their normalization in the hippocampus and continued growth in the neocortex on the 30th day (TNFA by 87% and IL-6 by 41%). A continuous increase in the concentration of eNOS in the hippocampus of rats with a model of Alzheimer's disease by 30 - 51%, as well as the content of AB_Rat 40 by 22% on the 20th day in the hippocampus was shown; by 44% on the 30th day in the neocortex. The obtained data showed the expediency of using sunflower lecithin (a mixture of phospholipids) as a raw material for the creation of nanosized containers - liposomes for the transport of active pharmaceutical ingredients and strategies for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, taking into account the key role of the liposomal form of flavonoids and miRNA.
