Research object: digital and socio-economic transformations in Ukraine.
The purpose of the study: to reveal the content and propose mechanisms for achieving the national rootedness of economic development as the basis of stability and security in the conditions of the hybrid "peace-war" system.
Research methods: comparative analysis, descent from abstract to concrete, logical-historical, structural-functional, statistical, methods of multi-criteria analysis, cost effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.
Results and their novelty: The project is aimed at the consistent implementation of the idea of national rooting of economic development by changing the structure of development and decision-making regarding the organization and spatial localization of production. It is based on assessments of the ratio of raw materials and labor resources, on the one hand, and products that are necessary for the national and world economy and are produced to meet one's own needs and for export, on the other hand. The ways of creating the largest number of links in the national economic space in the direction of movement from raw materials to finished products have been determined. These ways are specified in relation to the development of industry, the agricultural sector, infrastructure, finance, creating the foundations of social quality of life and state policy.
Scientific results obtained as a result of the implementation of the project: directions and ways of formation of nationally rooted economic development are defined. On the basis of the conducted theoretical and analytical work, recommendations were developed for the state authorities regarding policies and mechanisms for achieving stability and security of the Ukrainian economy in the conditions of the hybrid "peace-war" system.
