Key technological processes of manufacturing photosensitive diode p+-n structures based on n-type InSb plates with a charge carrier concentration of 1015cm-3, as well as encapsulated photosensitive modules based on them and measurement of their parameters, were worked out. On the basis of the results of these studies, the optimization of technological modes and production routes of photosensitive modules was carried out. Details of experimental photosensitive modules PSM-0302U and PSM-0305Р were produced.
