The purpose of the study: to substantiate and develop a methodological system for using cloud-oriented open science systems in the educational process. Methods of research. Research work was carried out based on the provisions of the system approach as a methodological way of knowing pedagogical and social facts, phenomena, and processes; the provision of psychological and pedagogical science in the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. in accordance with the objectives of the study: the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the study was clarified, in particular the concept of "cloud-oriented systems of open science", principles, methods and approaches to the formation of a cloud-oriented system of open science in educational institutions; the main stages of the evolution of means and technologies of cloud-oriented systems of open science, the main types of modern means and services of their formation; for the first time, a model of the use of a cloud-oriented system of open science in the educational process was substantiated and developed, containing three main blocks corresponding to the levels of its approbation: basic, medium and higher; methodological system of using cloud-oriented systems of open science in the educational process of institutions of higher pedagogical, postgraduate pedagogical education, methodical recommendations for their use in institutions of higher pedagogical, postgraduate pedagogical education are substantiated; the results of theoretical and experimental studies are summarized and implemented.
