The parameters of external factors (electrical, magnetic fields, etc.) on the peculiarities of the ferritization process are determined. A device for the processing of concentrated wastewater and galvanic sludge by the ferritization method was created, which was improved by energy-saving electromagnetic activation of the process. A computer program has been developed for adjusting process flow parameters. An innovative complex technical scheme for the treatment of wastewater and sludge from galvanic industries with the organization of a closed cycle of water consumption and the production of ferromagnetic materials from water treatment waste, which can shield electromagnetic radiation, has been developed. The created technique provides: environmental protection due to a significant degree of extraction of toxic components from galvanic waste and their transformation into chemically resistant materials for their further use; use of energy-saving equipment with the possibility of automatic process control; significant reduction in the use of reagents compared to known analogues. It has been established that the consumption of electricity for electromagnetic impulse activation of the ferritization process is reduced by 60% compared to thermal activation, which makes it possible to make this technology cheaper, and therefore to make it attractive for investment.
