The scientific and applied principles of institutional support for selective regulation of commodity markets (using the example of agro-food markets) in the war and post-war periods are substantiated, aimed at: supporting the stability of the functioning of local markets to ensure the food independence of regions; priority development of small and medium-sized producers; the need for targeted orientation of international aid on the financial support of strategic priorities for the development of agro-food markets.
