It is proposed to diagnose the level of criticality of an unwanted deviation in the "supply-production-sales" chain, which is based on modeling the impact of a potential or actual incident that causes such a deviation on each link of the specified chain using a number of representative parameters (reliability of the supply chain, inventory management system, negative reaction from external sales stakeholders, competitiveness of the marketing complex, quality of the production process, flexibility of the production process, level of disruption of planned processes). A visualization method has been developed within stress management systems of zones of potential critical undesirable deviations, based on the identification of early warning signals that take into account the volatility of the company's spheres of interest in interaction with key stakeholders. The scientific and methodological provisions for the formation of process regulations in stress management systems have been improved, which, unlike the existing ones, takes into account the specifics of the specified systems and the features of the processes carried out in them, taking into account their purpose, goals, resource provision, control, evaluation of effectiveness, relationships, scope of regulations and responsibility.
