The conceptual principles of the regional development of the beekeeping industry of Ukraine are proposed: sustainability and ecological safety, optimization of resources, market orientation, economic efficiency and diversification, ecological safety and protection of bees, cooperation with scientific institutions (research activities), socio-cultural aspect (public participation, environmental education and public awareness), education and support of the next generation of beekeepers, promotion of local self-government, international and interregional cooperation, monitoring and evaluation.
