The subject is the methodology of step-by-step rational implementation of energy-efficient measures in the technical system "producer-consumer" of thermal energy in the communal sphere. The goal of the project is to increase the environmental and energy security of urban areas through the practical use of the methodology of step-by-step rational implementation of energy-efficient measures at facilities producing and consuming thermal energy in the communal sphere, the implementation of which ensures the achievement of the required resource- and energy-saving effect with minimal investment costs. Research methods were used in the implementation of the NDR: analysis and synthesis of information, mathematical modeling, planning of the experiment, experimental research, calculation experiment. During the 1st stage of the project, the following studies were carried out: analysis of the mechanisms of formation and criteria for evaluating the ecological and economic effects of the implementation of energy-efficient measures, substantiation of the feasibility of using information cards of the ecological and economic efficiency of the procedures for the implementation of energy-efficient measures, development and testing on real-world objects of the methodology of phased rational implementation energy-efficient measures, mathematical modeling of innovative energy-saving systems for heat supply of buildings, research on the effectiveness of greening technologies for facilities producing and consuming heat, etc. Product Description popup.authors ISHCHENKO VITALII A.
