The objects of research are certain types of fish and seafood.
The purpose of the work is to develop methodological recommendations for determining the value of certain types of fish and seafood during forensic commodity examinations; establishing the expediency of using certain methodical approaches and methods generally accepted in forensic commercial science, depending on certain circumstances of the case.
Research methods and equipment - in the process of conducting research, general scientific, individual and special assessment methods were used; a cost-effective and comparative approach; analysis, generalization and systematization of materials for this problem, according to the experience of practical activities during the conduct of forensic and commodity examinations.
Theoretical and practical results - the selection and study of the regulatory framework and information sources was carried out, expert practice was analyzed; studied the peculiarities of researching certain types of fish and seafood during forensic commodity examinations; the peculiarities of the formation of the assortment of fish and certain types of seafood during the forensic and commodity examinations were clarified; the modern market of industrial types of fish, seafood and finished products from fish raw materials was considered as objects of evaluation of commodity expertise.
The novelty is the methodological recommendations developed for the first time, which highlight the modern features of conducting forensic commodity examinations to determine the value of certain types of fish and seafood during forensic commodity examinations.
Effectiveness of implementation - the results of the work will help to solve the issue of organization and conduct of forensic commodity examination to determine the value of certain types of fish and seafood.
