Registration Date 25-02-2024 Organization The National Institute for Strategic Studies popup.description2  Our analysis of the implementation of the National Security Strategy of Ukraine during the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation resulted in national policy recommendations on ensuring national security and resilience, proposals for improving strategic planning in the wartime and post-war periods, as well as proposals for improving measures within the legal regime of martial law. We produced an analysis of legal acts in the sector of national security and defence of Ukraine, which revealed shortcomings that complicate the implementation of some provisions. To eliminate these shortcomings, we proposed to take steps toward bringing the current legislation to a single system and providing uniformity to the legal regulation of issues related to the national security and defence sector. Our assessment of the state of the art in the national system of strategic communications and its compliance with international best practices resulted in proposals for improving the national information policy and possibly upgrading the strategic communications model in Ukraine.
