Improvement of reliability, durability and efficiency of hoisting and transport and metallurgical equipment
popup.description2
The object of research is general-purpose handling equipment and industrial mechanical equipment.
The purpose of the work is to ensure the efficiency, increase the reliability and durability of transshipment machinery and equipment of enterprises.
Research method - theoretical and experimental studies of the operation of industrial equipment during operation.
A dynamic model of the main drive of a metal-cutting machine was built to determine the natural frequencies of torsional oscillations. On the example of a real metal-cutting machine, the task of building a dynamic model for driving the main movement of the machine, which is applied to the further determination of natural frequencies of torsional oscillations, is implemented
The influence of the parameters of the forming surfaces of the rolling rolls on their wear resistance and the quality of the rolling stock was analyzed. A method of circular approximation of the trajectory of tool movement is proposed, which allows, due to strict formalization of the limit value of the error of circular approximation, to replace a smooth curve with sections of arcs of circles having a common tangent at the limit points. The study of the mechanism of formation of the height of micro-uniformities of surfaces of variable curvature during blade processing of high-strength cast iron also received further development and scientific justification.
Rational options for the use of lifting and transport equipment at the grain terminal of the seaport are considered.
The expediency of using wave transmissions in the drives of industrial mechanical engineering equipment is substantiated.
