Specialized program codes were created to accelerate the analysis of the functional state of skeletal muscles by automating the research section between the recording of mechanograms and the stage of data interpretation. OriginLab software was used in combination with the Python language interpreter integrated into it, which allowed the use of specialized libraries with open source code. The possibility of writing adaptive programs for assessing the state of motor function was demonstrated on a robotic-mechatronic device. It was shown that the hysteresis properties of muscles significantly affect the formation and execution of a motor task by the central nervous system on muscle groups, which should be taken into account when searching for mechanokinetic and electromyographic markers of sensitivity to pathological effects on limb muscles.
