Nucleotide analysis and phylogenetic relationship were performed to establish the comparison of Ukrainian viral isolates of carp, trout and sturgeons with European ones. Data on the geographical origin and distribution of fish viruses in national aquaculture were summarized. Geographical features of VHSV, IHNV, IPNV, PRV-3, SVCV, CEV, AcIV-E and their possible origin and mechanisms of distribution across the territory of Ukraine were determined.
