It was shown that the majority of them form single-phase short circuits, which can also cause voltage at the damage site and negatively affect electrical equipment, which can lead to a decrease in economic indicators. Methods for increasing the reliability of distribution networks with a voltage of 6-35 kV were analyzed. The main attention is focused on the method of increasing reliability by grounding the neutral through an arcane reactor, the main advantage of which in operation is the continuation of work with a single-phase circuit to ground without disconnecting consumers. A method was developed for estimating the series resistance, ideality factor, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control, saturation current and shunt conductivity in illuminated solar cells. The results of the activities of territorial divisions of distribution system operators were obtained, based on a comparison of the target value and the actual value of the Average Duration Index of System Interruptions for each territorial division. Conditions for determining the incentive coefficient for achieving the best results of the activities of territorial divisions of distribution system operators according to the division's rating by the difference between the actual value and the target value of the average system interruption duration either directly proportional to the rating or proportional to the achieved reliability level.
