As part of the reporting stage of the research, a methodology for the topological design of combined electrodes produced by the method of supportless 3D printing has been proposed. Electrodes created by this method feature improved hydrodynamics, which increases processing accuracy and reduces material consumption. Additionally, a method for highly dynamic control of electrode movement in numerical control (CNC) systems has been developed, taking into account the differential characteristics of movement, including jerk. This approach ensures high precision and stability in the processing of parts with complex geometric and surface quality requirements. The resulting numerical models and methods have significant potential for integration into Industry 4.0, enabling the automation and enhancement of processing tasks at a new technological level. The developed solutions can be applied to improve production technologies for complex parts, increase their quality, and reduce costs, all of which are crucial for enhancing product competitiveness in the market.
