The full-scale armed aggression of the russian federation forced Ukraine to mobilize material, diplomatic, financial and other resources for victory, but the determining force in the fight against the aggressor is human potential. In this regard, the need to support and restore the emotional state of personnel, the formation of psychological stability, countering the professional (emotional) burnout of combatants using new scientific approaches and additional applied research has sharply increased.
The relevance of this research is, first of all, in the fact that the development and further application of the technology of electromagnetic spectral diagnostics and correction of the syndrome of professional (emotional) burnout in wartime will create optimal conditions for meeting the information needs of heads of units of various levels, will reduce the time for preparing the analysis and processing of data on psychological diagnostics of combatants, and will greatly simplify the study of determining the level of professional (emotional) Burnout of personnel will avoid routine processes in work and provide an effective tool for positive correction of the psychological state of combatants.
