The aim of the work is to study the clinical, laboratory and immunological indicators of the hemolytic process in patients with indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma depending on the degree of aggressiveness of the disease. Research methods are general clinical, immunohematological, biochemical, statistical. On the topic of the research, 19 patients with indolent B-NHL were examined. The age of the patients ranged from 37 to 78 years. The reference group sample included 28 venous blood samples from practically healthy individuals. A study of general clinical indicators, autoimmune antierythrocyte antibodies, and indicators of resistance of the erythrocyte cell membrane to osmotic destruction was conducted. In 100% of patients with indolent B-NHL, destructive changes in glycerophospholipids and impaired functional activity of the erythrocyte cell membrane were detected, which led to a decrease in the resistance of the erythrocyte membrane to osmotic destruction in 37% of patients. Activation of hemolysis in patients with indolent B-NHL (cold forms of autoimmune antierythrocyte antibodies, complementary type of autoimmune reaction, decreased resistance of the erythrocyte membrane to osmotic lysis) was accompanied by an aggressive course of the disease and required a change in treatment tactics. The threefold predominance of cold forms of autoimmune antierythrocyte antibodies over warm ones may reduce the effectiveness of therapy in patients with indolent B-NHL. Hypo- or normochromic anemia of varying severity was detected in 68.7% of primary patients, impaired protein-synthesizing liver function was observed in 25.0% of patients, and impaired functional activity of transaminases in 62.5%.
