Visualization of singularities in a complex field using fluorescent nanoparticles allowed to restore the phase distribution of the complex field. Methods for increasing the resolution and contrast of the optical microscope image using fluorescent carbon quantum dots, vortex singularities and Muller matrix ellipsometry were developed. The generation of photonic nanocurrents using optical microelements allowed to realize record resolution and the possibility of manipulating nanoparticles.
