These phenomena have adversely affected the economic security and resilience of Ukraine’s economy. The macroeconomic principles and organizational-economic measures for ensuring economic security and resilience in Ukraine have been substantiated. These measures prioritize endogenous economic development, strengthening of innovation and technological potential, optimization of foreign economic cooperation, and stabilization of supply chains at both domestic and international levels. Diagnostics of the state, trends, and environment of the real economy sector (RES) have been conducted in a sectoral context, identifying risks and threats. Furthermore, instrumental and applied components of policies aimed at ensuring the resilience and security of the RES during wartime and post-war recovery have been developed.
