The aim of the study is to analyze the existing and application of modern elements of aquaculture production technologies, and their impact on the physiological characteristics of growth and development of aquatic organisms, development of industrial technologies for the cultivation of crustaceans of various species. Object of research: improvement of existing and introduction of experimental elements of aquaculture production technology. Research methods: statistical processing of research results was carried out by methods of mathematical statistics and biometrics using Microsoft Excel software. The degree of inter-group differentiation was assessed by comparing group arithmetic means for each studied trait. The significance of the difference between group means was assessed by the Student&apos;s reliability criterion (I). The difference between the mean values was considered statistically significant at P < 0.05 (*), P < 0.01 (**), P < 0.001 (***).
