The object of the study is ischemic stroke in VBB, encephalopathies of various etiologies (vascular, post-traumatic, post-infectious, alcoholic).
Purpose of the work: improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for ischemic stroke in the vertebrobasilar basin (in the late subacute and chronic periods) and for encephalopathies of various genesis, based on the clarification of pathogenetic mechanisms through a comprehensive study of clinical-neurological, neuropsychological, laboratory and neuroimaging characteristics.
