Beketov national university of urban economy in Kharkiv popup.description1 Study of Ukraine's needs in modern materials and technologies to ensure restoration work of destroyed construction objects popup.description2 It has been established that for the industrial restoration of Ukraine, it is necessary to introduce new structural materials with increased strength, guaranteed durability, radical energy efficiency and overall manufacturability of renewable and new structures and safe infrastructure for the future. The causes of destruction of building structures have been systematised and the behaviour of load-bearing structures damaged by impact and prolonged exposure to fire has been analysed. Well-known technologies for the restoration of enclosing structures of brick buildings have been considered. The main criteria for selecting materials for the rapid repair of buildings and structures partially damaged by military action are considered. Recommendations are provided on the use of dry building mixtures with a balanced composition, which have a wide range of possibilities, are easy to prepare directly at the site of application, and provide high quality of the treated surface. At the same time, they are cost-effective and competitive. A methodology has been developed that allows solving problems of reduced efficiency of composite panel structures due to delamination and determining the optimal methods for repairing such defects. The results obtained can contribute to the improvement of repair technologies and quality control methods for composite structures, increasing their reliability and durability. A report on scientific approaches and methods for studying the mechanisms and kinetics of steel corrosion in concrete is provided. Destructive processes caused by carbonation of concrete and the action of chlorides are examined in detail, and recommendations are provided for inhibiting destructive processes.
