The relevance of scientific research work is due to the increase in psycho-emotional loads on pedagogical workers and the aggravation of problems of psychological safety of the educational environment in conditions of war and long-term social challenges. The functioning of educational institutions in a situation of uncertainty, stress and traumatic experiences of participants in the educational process actualizes the need for scientifically based approaches to socio-psychological assistance to teachers as a key factor in the formation of a safe educational environment. The purpose of the research is to develop methods and technologies for providing specialists of the psychological service with socio-psychological assistance to pedagogical workers in creating a safe educational environment in an educational institution. The expected scientific results involve the development of models for creating a safe educational environment in the activities of the psychological service; methods and technologies for forming a favorable socio-psychological climate, developing skills for constructive interaction, preventing violence, supporting students during age and social crises, in particular in war conditions.
The object of the study is the process of providing psychological service specialists with socio-psychological assistance to pedagogical workers in creating a safe educational environment. The subject of the study is the methods and technologies of such assistance. The study is of an applied nature, meets the needs of the education system and is focused on the broad implementation of the results obtained in the activities of psychological service specialists.
