Within the framework of the R&D project, technical solutions for the introduction of alloying elements into the molten metal were considered, aimed at obtaining liquid steel with a stable chemical composition while simultaneously reducing the negative influence of non-metallic inclusions. Based on information-analytical studies and mathematical modeling, global trends in changes in the chemical composition of steels used for the production of responsible-purpose metal products were generalized, along with approaches to the selection of heat treatment regimes. Promising compositions of economically alloyed steels capable of ensuring the formation of a lower carbide-free bainitic or fine-dispersed sorbitic microstructure and, consequently, a high level of mechanical properties were identified. On the basis of the performed analysis, the feasibility of using such steels for the production of high-quality product ranges was substantiated. Under laboratory conditions, experimental steels with different chemical compositions were produced, confirming the practical feasibility of the proposed alloying approaches and creating scientific and technical prerequisites for further experimental studies.
