The purpose of the research is to develop the scientific foundations of managing the fertility of hydrodeficient soils in accordance with modern realities, challenges and requirements of agricultural production in the conditions of climate change and land relations. Research methods - general scientific, field, statistical. The current state of fertility management of hydrodeficient soils is determined. New knowledge was obtained regarding the patterns and direction of changes in soil processes and regimes, the degree of transformation of the studied soils in the reclamation and post-reclamation periods. The directions of agrogenic transformation of the properties of ordinary chernozem and typical chernozem under long-term irrigation with suitable/unsuitable water were determined. Scientific approaches to the sustainable management of the hydrodeficient soils fertility on climate change have been developed. Assessment of the levels of provision of regulatory, supply and support ecosystem services by soils of pilot objects was carried out. A methodological approach to the ecological and economic evaluation of ecosystem services of saline and saline soils (theory) has been developed. Prognostic models of the hydrodeficient soils depending on the level of reproduction of their fertility, meliorative loads have been developed. Indicators for diagnostics and assessment of the hydrodeficient soils state depending on their genesis, anthropogenic load and the safety of irrigation have been determined. Strategic directions of sustainable management and balanced use of hydrodeficient soils of Ukraine have been determined. Scientific bases for managing their fertility in conditions of climate change and land relations have been developed. Two scientific publications were prepared and a patent for a useful model was obtained. Product Description popup.authors Liudmyla I. Vorotyntseva Olena M. Drozd Maryna А. Zakharova Sviatoslav А.
