This includes the development of proposals for applying a risk-oriented approach to analyzing legal factors to assess the extent to which changes in the legal regulation of economic relations align with the relevant norms of EU law across functional and sectoral areas. popup.description2 The object of the study is social relations associated with the formation and implementation of the system of norms aimed at defining the principles of the development of the state’s economy under wartime conditions and during the period of post-war recovery. The subject of the research is social relations associated with the identification of legal factors and the assessment of their impact on the development of Ukraine’s economy under wartime conditions and in the period of post-war recovery. The study argues for the appropriateness of using strategic foresight methods in combination with a risk-management mechanism in law-making and law-implementation activities in order to strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of the national economy. The study substantiates the need to incorporate into national legislation those legal instruments for risk prevention and countering threats to economic security whose effectiveness is confirmed by EU enforcement practice. The study outlines directions for improving national legislation that would introduce institutional safeguards against double counting of carbon units and ensure the establishment of certification mechanisms enabling the recognition of Ukrainian carbon units within international systems. The interrelation between legal mechanisms for environmental security, the development of the green economy and the incorporation into national legislation of the EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy and EU due-diligence standards is substantiated. The study identifies prospects for improving the regulatory framework on social entrepreneurship and support for vulnerable population groups. It also substantiates the appropriateness of using, in the law-making process, the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS). The research findings are summarized in 3 chapters in collective monograph; 22 articles in scientific journals; 8 abstracts in the proceedings of scientific and practical conferences.
