Object of the research – logistics flows of enterprises and their functioning under conditions of military actions in Ukraine. Purpose of the study – to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches and to develop practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency, resilience, and adaptability of logistics flows under conditions of military actions in Ukraine by identifying key risks, determining optimization mechanisms, and forming a toolkit for managerial decision-making in crisis conditions. Research methods – theoretical generalization, scientific abstraction, grouping, comparison, analysis and synthesis, analytical methods, generalization, and regression analysis. Scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the deepening of existing approaches as well as the development and substantiation of new scientific and methodological approaches to the optimization of enterprise logistics flows under conditions of military actions, aimed at enhancing the resilience of logistics systems, the adaptability of supply chains, and reducing the sensitivity of logistics processes to military risks and threats. Practical significance of the research results consists in methods for optimizing supply chains and inventory management under conditions of instability, as well as approaches to improving the efficiency of logistics flows through the use of the potential of logistics providers. The developed recommendations may be used by enterprises for making strategic and operational decisions to ensure the continuity of logistics processes, minimize losses, and enhance business resilience during the wartime period. The research results have been implemented in the educational process of Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU) and in the activities of selected business entities.
